We currently have account and contact information in 3 separate systems (I have someone working on integration) as a result we have to do updates to Account or Customer information 3 times.  I notice with Zoho CRM import there is only Skip, Overwrite or Clone on a duplicate record - is there a way to just update?

There maybe a situation where some fields have changed but others haven't - I assume overwrite will replace all date and not just update the fields with new / updated information?

Any suggestions?
