Please could you help me, I have a problem.

I have imported a list of Contacts from an excel documents to the CRM, however these are not shown in my contact list. I have tried to see the history of imported files and it tells me this.

"Permission Denied

You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator. "

What could be the problem?
