Import contacts from mails

Import contacts from mails

Hi there,

After importing my email from my previous account to my Zoho account, I've terminated my previous account. Later I realized that I forgot to import my contacts.

Now that I have all the emails imported, is there an easy way to add contacts from the mails in my inbox?
