Hi Team.

I am new to Zoho CRM.. our company has our own Zoho subscription and since I am the new System Administrator, I would like know what am i doing wrong. I am trying to import 278 contacts, but only 270 is imported. No duplicate information,  less than 1MB, both tried .csv and.xls file format. Field Mapping is followed.

Please let me know if I need to log a ticket about it. Thanks
