Import data into Multi-Select lookup field from CSV/Excel
How to import data into a multi-select lookup field from the CSV/Excel Sheet?
Let's say I have an Accounts multi-select lookup field in the Deals module and I want to import the Deals with Accounts field.
Steps:-
1. Create/edit a multi-select lookup field and check the checkbox stating "Allow creating relationship-specific modules."
2. Enter the Linking module name and save it.
3. Create an Excel sheet with the fields from the linking module with the multi-select field Accounts and normal lookup Deals in the linking module.
4. Open the linking module from the modules tab in the CRM select import data and select the sheet. Map the fields and import the data.
5. Upon successful import you will multiple Accounts will appear in the field under the Deals module.
