I am currently evaluating Zoho CRM.
I have a custom field in my Leads module. The field is for a date. Trying to import data into this field from a csv file has been very troublesome. I have tried all the formats that have been documented. I should be able to import a date (ie: 01/01/2017) but the only format that as worked is when I manually added a time value to the field data (ie: 01/01/2017 00:00:00).
This is very frustrating. I should not have to alter my date data in such a manner just to import it into a crm.
