Import duration process

I have about 10 000 accounts to import into Zoho (from ACT!6) and 35 000 Notes records. How long it takes to be processed by Zoho once my csv files are ready ?

It could be done during the week-end ?

Is it possible to buy an individual assistance for this tricky operation ?
