Hi, I have been using Close.com as my CRM for a couple of years and would now like to move to Zoho CRM.  I have data exported in .csv files, but the import process is confusing me.   Has anyone migrated from Close CRM before?

Any tips or tricks, or a good tutorial on how the Zoho CRM import works?
