How do you indicate the number of rows to the Import engine?

BTW I changed it to a CSV, and it said I had over 20,000 records.

AND I tried to use the MIGRATE function, this "worked" but said I had Total records in file 65469!.

There was only ONE row with data. And it skipped that because I had the Account Name wrong.
