I am very unhappy, wasting hours and hours attempting imports, Your email queue offered a 1-888 number, I spoke to someone who took a message, said I'd hear from a person to help within 15 minutes, its been an hour. on the hold message it said go to the web site and chat, this appears to be the closest thing to a chat that is available.
a-I cannot fix Carrie's profile info without getting an email error, which cannot be correct as she did get the welcome message
b- I cannot import possibilities as the system reports I am not populating all required fields, this is not true
c- my contacts are not synching based on my missing info in required fields for about 500 records, but no explanation regarding the other 1500 records. Only 500 have come across,
these challenges have stopped me from Deploying the CRM at this point, I need to resolve ASAP or change Paths.
