I am looking to import leads data for two departments (from .csv) and then assign them to appropriate users. How can I achieve this efficiently? Leads data for both the departments have some variations in data fields. Both deparpments are business units with their own lead owners and independent sales processes. The department form part of a parent group entity.
The upload process should be able to separate the data for each department and automatically assign lead owners. Please let me know how can I go about setting this up?
