Import My Organization Leads question

We are using the Professional version and have to re-import about 7,000 Leads. These records already exist in Zoho CRM. I have been waiting for the latest update to the software before doing this.

Before going ahead I would like to confirm what exactly will happen. For example, on the import page the notes say:

"While checking for duplicate records, you can overwrite, clone, skip the duplicates, or update the existing records. For more information refer to Online Help."

What I want to do is update the existing records. That would be perfect. But the options given on the top of the import page only list Skip, Overwrite, Clone. These are radio buttons and Clone is already selected, and I can't select the other two.

How do I import AND overwrite the existing records?

Also, is the match for a duplicate record based only on the e-mail address?
