I am trying to convert from ACT! to ZoHo, and have the data exported from ACT! into csv files - Contacts, Notes, History, etc.
I have imported Contacts successfully into ZoHo, then exported them from ZoHo to get the ID. That ZoHoID then was "merged" with the Notes csv file and I then tried to import the Notes into ZoHo. No errors were reported on the import, but nothing is getting imported.
