Import Notes to Account - Not Allowing Mapping of Date & Owner

Greetings all,

We've been planning our conversion from our home grown CRM to Zoho, and all has been going very well so far. I'll give credit to the Zoho CSV import tools, they are pretty easy to use and clear in the data mappings thus far.

(Here comes the "but"...)

But we're having problems porting over the Zoho concept of "Notes" attached to an "Account". When we go in to our Account display, and choose to import notes, when I select my CSV file, it's only allowing me to map "Note Title", "Note Content" and then our field to associate the Note record to an Account (we're using "Account Name" for the integration).

This import does work successfully, but since we are not presented with a Date / Time field, nor an Note Owner field,the notes come in under our Zoho user name (rather than the name of our fellow Zoho users that are member of the sales team) and they are time stamped at the time of import.

I suspect our Zoho account may just need some permissions associated with Notes, to possibly allow us to map these additional fields?
