Import Problem - Zoho treating a blank lines as a records

Hi,

I am trying to import a CSV file of leads.

The file has 108 populated rows.  When I try to import the records, ZoHo says: 'File should not contain more than 1000 rows'

How do I fix this strange behaviour?
