I can't import, in my Enterprise version Zoho CRM, my leads.... just a try of two persons :)

In the screen where I have to choice the right field.... 

in the field I have not the label of a CSV file column but all the labels separated by a semi-colon... societe;nom;prenom;...

If I accept and I import this value, it is possible, I get all these labels in my fields (and not the data to be populated.

Does this problem come from my "CSV (Coma delimitedted) *CSV "  file or from Zoho CRM settings ?
