Import Sales - Invoices or otherwise

I like ZOHO CRM a lot after migrating from a different platform!
However, I am having problems importing sales which I receive from different
distributors and therefore accounting the source of each sale.

How can I import the sales into ZOHO crm from an Excel Spreadsheet? and allocate each of these sales to my customer list? Which is linked to every sales representative ... which
gives me their sales commission?
