Import same company name with different address but I have field that is unique to each record

Import same company name with different address but I have field that is unique to each record

I am trying to take a client from one CRM to ZOHO and they have records with the same company name but a different location.  I created a unique record id field in their old system and a field in their new ZOHO database to match.  When I try to import the records is rejects all but one even though I told it to use the record id field to match.  

Am I missing something?
