Thank you for the overwhelming response to the release of Zoho Mail 2018! 

Here are some comments on Zoho Mail 2018 that pepped us up:

Many of our users who were using the older version of Zoho Mail also loved the new Zoho Mail 2018, as it retained the tabs to their liking, but with better speed, appearance and nifty features. Apart from the reviews, we also appreciate the enthusiasm shown in posting feedback, suggestions, and feature requests. We are analysing the feature requests and working hard to provide them in the future updates of Zoho Mail 2018. 

The older interfaces of Zoho Mail have been deprecated, and all existing users of older UIs have been moved to Zoho Mail 2018. With Zoho Mail 2018 being made the default user interface, we are focused on bringing in more enhancements to the current UI.

We have also made it easy for users to implement GDPR, in the new interface, for their organisations by adding password protection as an option wherever file download is involved. Such features will be available only in Zoho Mail 2018, in coming days. This is yet another reason we are deprecating the old UI as it does not have such compliance with GDPR.

In case you wish to see any specific features from the old interface, do let us know and we’ll try our best to incorporate it in the new interface.
