Universal Analytics (UA) properties will be permanently deprecated in Zoho Campaigns, and users will no longer have access to UA properties through the API and Google UI. Consequently, we have removed our old Google Analytics API endpoints that accessed UA properties.
Despite our ongoing efforts to encourage users to migrate to GA4, we still have some users who have not yet made the transition. To prevent any issues related to API calls to the old version, we will be hiding Google Analytics reports and the refresh profiles option in Zoho Campaigns.
This means users will no longer see statistics from Google Analytics in the Reports module of Zoho Campaigns UI or in the reports of email campaigns. To illustrate these changes, we've provided two distinct screenshots below, highlighting the removal of these elements.

We strongly encourage users who haven't yet migrated to GA4 to do so as soon as possible to continue accessing valuable analytics data and insights.
