Greetings from Zoho Mail team.
We are happy to announce the support of IPv6 support for receiving emails in Zoho Mail.
This post mainly addresses the admins who have configured inbound gateway for their organisation.
As a part of the changes related to IPv6 support, you can now configure IPv6 IP addresses in the incoming gateway besides the IPv4 IP addresses that you have already configured. This will ensure that you start receiving the routed emails via the newly added IPv6 range of IP addresses.
Steps to add IPv6 IP address in the Inbound gateway:
- Log in to Zoho Mail Admin Console as administrator
- Navigate to Mail Settings in the left pane and go to Inbound Gateway under Email Routing.
On the Inbound Gateway section, enter the IP address and select the subnet mask.
- Once done, click the + icon.
This will save the entire new set of IPv6 IP addresses as a part of your inbound gateway. You can now start receiving the routed emails via the newly added IPv6 range of IP addresses. Check out
