Dear WorkDrive TrueSync users,

We recently identified an issue affecting users who have set their WorkDrive TrueSync app language to Chinese (Simplified/Traditional). During the auto-update process, the app would not restart automatically and unexpectedly quit after updating.

Issue fixed in latest version

We have resolved this issue in the latest version of the TrueSync app. However, users on older versions may need to manually update to ensure smooth functionality.
If you are using an older version of TrueSync and your app language is set to Chinese, please manually update to latest version to avoid any disruptions.
