As part of our ongoing platform changes, users in select regions, including the United States and other supported data center locations, have been migrated to our new video platform framework.

Due to this migration, some participants may notice changes in feature availability. If you have recently observed certain meeting features no longer behaving as expected, this is likely related to the transition.

We would like to assure you that this is expected behavior during the rollout phase. Full functionality will be restored as additional framework capabilities become available in the next few weeks.

 List of features currently affected 

1. Active speaker view

The "Show my video feed when I'm the active speaker" setting is currently unavailable.

 2. Pinned video behavior 

Pinned video feeds will not be enlarged and displayed in the center of the meeting view. Instead, pinned participants will appear as the first video feed in sidebar and top bar layouts.

 3. Sharing override restrictions 

When screen sharing or material sharing is active, another participant cannot override the existing share by starting a whiteboard share. This applies to all sharing types. This feature will be deprecated and will no longer be available. 

 4. Screen sharing permissions 

Once a participant is granted screen sharing permission, they can continue sharing throughout the remainder of the session without needing to request permission again. This feature will be deprecated and will no longer be available. 

 5. Network performance panel 

The network performance panel previously available in Settings has been removed.

 6. Meeting rooms 

Meeting rooms functionality is currently unavailable.

 7. Dial-in numbers in email invitations 

Dial-in numbers are not currently included in meeting invitation emails.

 8. Toll-free numbers 

Toll-free dial-in numbers are currently unavailable.

 9. Recording layout controls 

Recording layout options are currently unavailable. Pause and resume recording options will also be unavailable.

This migration is a necessary step toward our new platform framework and future enhancements. While some functionality is temporarily unavailable, we’re actively working to expand capabilities in the upcoming releases.
