[Important update] : Shopify migrating from REST API to GraphQL API
Dear Shopify integrated users,
As part of enhancements, Shopify has deprecated the REST API access and all the integrated apps must comply with the new GraphQL API.
To align with this new standard, we are migrating our integration APIs to Shopify’s new GraphQL API. We request you to complete the required migration before September 1, 2026. All Shopify integrated users will be required to add the required scopes listed below, to keep their Shopify integration working as expected.
Adding New Scopes
Additional scope permissions should be enabled for the current authenticator app to read accounts payment and Discounts data. If the below scopes are not enabled, transactions and Discounts information data will not be synced. Follow the below steps to add the required scope.
- Navigate to https://admin.shopify.com/store/mufc-2/settings/apps/development
- Login with your credentials.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Sales Channels > Develop Apps.
- Choose the App created for Zoho Analytics.
- Access the Overview tab and click Admin API Integration.
- Enable the below listed scopes to the app and save the settings.
- read_shopify_payments_accounts
- read_discounts
Module and Fields Limitations
With this new migration, a few modules and specific fields from certain modules that were previously synced will no longer be included in the sync process in the new build.
Your existing reports will not be deleted, however, data available on these Modules and Fields will not be synced anymore.
Please check the reports listed in the Action required screen (Data sources > Action required)
