Hello Zendesk users,

Zendesk has officially announced that Zendesk Sell will reach its End of Life (EOL) on August 31, 2027 (Learn more). In line with this deprecation, Zoho Analytics will retire its native Zendesk Sell connector effective October 1, 2025.

After this date, you will no longer be able to create new Zendesk Sell connections in Zoho Analytics. However, all existing Zendesk Sell connections will continue to function until Zendesk ends the service on August 31, 2027.

 Impact on Your Data 

• Existing data imported from Zendesk Sell will remain safe and accessible in Zoho Analytics.

• All reports, dashboards, and datasets created using this data will continue to work.

• Data sync for existing Zendesk Sell connections will continue until August 31, 2027. After this date, no further syncs or integrations with Zendesk Sell will be possible.

 What You Need to Do 

• No immediate action is required if you are already using the connector.

• Export any critical Zendesk Sell data you might need after the EOL date.

• If you need new data sources, plan to switch to other available connectors before October 1, 2025.
