Important Updates in Zoho CRM Outlook plug-in and Marketplace

Hello everyone,
 
We recently had some updates in Zoho CRM plug-in for Outlook and Marketplace. Here are the details:
  • Modifications in the Sign-in process for Zoho CRM Outlook plug-in : Earlier we used Authtokens for signing-in to the outlook plug-in. Now, we will use OAuth, that provides a more secure method of authentication. Owing to this, the users are requested to download and install the latest plug-in before February 2020. In the plug-in, when you click Sign-in , you will be redirected to the Zoho Accounts page in your default browser where you enter your email and password. 

  • Marketplace can be accessed from the tabs: The marketplace category is also available as a tab in Zoho CRM for quick access and easy navigation. It will be available by default in all the custom Tab Groups that you have created. From the tab you will be able to access the various extensions we provide. Note that Zoho, Google, and Microsoft integrations can be accessed from Setup > Marketplace.
