Important Updates to Your Salesforce Integrations in Zoho Creator | Zoho Creator Help

Hello everyone,

We're writing to inform you of an important change regarding Salesforce integrations in Zoho Creator.

Salesforce has made changes to its Developer terms, including a payment model for Partners who integrate with its ecosystem. As a result, the existing Zoho Creator - Salesforce integration will be sunset, and a new paid integration will take its place.

We understand this is a significant change from your current setup, and we want the transition to be as smooth as possible. Please read through this post carefully to understand what’s changing and what you need to do.

What's changing?

  • The existing integration will be sunset. It will no longer function after November 30, 2026. All existing Salesforce connections, and the workflows, Deluge tasks, integration fields, integration forms, and other configurations that reference them, will stop working after this date.
  • A new paid integration is on the way. It will be tentatively launched on December 1, 2026. Access will require a subscription at approximately USD 1,250 per org per year, billed annually and non-refundable.
  • What the payment covers. The fee covers the integration-related process and fee requirements from Salesforce.

What do I need to do?

  • To continue with the paid integration, fill out this intent form. Once you've done that, we'll reach out to you with the next steps.
  • If you've decided not to proceed, make the necessary updates in your system before the November 30 deadline. This includes the workflows, Deluge tasks, and other configurations that reference your existing Salesforce connections.

What does not change?

  • Your existing Zoho Creator subscription.
  • Connections created using custom connectors within Zoho Creator.
  • Everything other than the existing Salesforce connection and the components that depend on it.

Who's affected?

This change affects all Zoho Creator users who have configured Salesforce integrations.

Timeline

  • November 30, 2026: The existing Zoho Creator - Salesforce integration is sunset.
  • December 1, 2026 (tentative): The new paid integration is launched.

Why is this happening?

This change follows Salesforce's updated Developer terms, which mandate a payment model for Partners who integrate with its ecosystem. It applies to all Partners connected to Salesforce, and it's not a change specific to Zoho Creator. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this together.
