We're expanding the pool of proxy outgoing IP addresses for our IN, SA, and UAE data centers by introducing new IPs alongside the existing ones. This helps ensure high availability, optimal load distribution, and redundancy for outgoing API traffic from Zoho Creator.
Who this affects
Note: If your integrations don't depend on IP whitelisting and you don't belong to these DCs, then no action is needed on your part.
If your Zoho Creator applications use Deluge tasks like invokeURL to reach external services (APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations), those external services likely have the current outgoing IPs of your data center on their whitelist. To keep those calls working after the deadline, the new IPs need to be added to those same whitelists.
What's changing
The existing proxy outgoing IPs aren't being removed. They'll continue to work alongside the new IPs listed below. You only need to add the new IPs.
IN data center
Data center | Current proxy outgoing IPs | New additional proxy outgoing IPs |
IN1 | 169.148.146.23 | 169.148.147.23 |

What should I do?
Deadlines
What happens if I don't update
After the deadline, traffic from your Creator applications may originate from the new IPs. If the receiving service doesn't recognize them, invokeURL calls and other API-based integrations from Creator to that service will fail.
