For many of us, the Windows 7 machine is connected to medical equipment like X-ray scanners, DEXA scanners and similar. In hospital and medical settings, it is not possible to upgrade these systems to a new operating system as the machines don't work with newer operating systems. This would be terrible for the connectivity of these machines - is there no way you can allow users in this situation to remain using the existing app?
We understand your request for Sync support on Windows 7, especially considering your healthcare environment where Windows 7 machines are crucially connected to essential medical equipment such as X-ray and DEXA scanners. We understand that upgrading these systems to a newer operating system may not be feasible at the moment.
However, please note that we are discontinuing support for older versions due to security concerns associated with these versions. Microsoft has also ended support for Windows 7 and earlier versions. Therefore, we recommend considering an operating system upgrade soon to ensure the security and reliability of your systems.
Update: WorkDrive TrueSync/Sync app support for Mac 11 and earlier versions will soon be discontinued
To ensure seamless and uninterrupted access to the WorkDrive desktop sync apps, we kindly request all users consider upgrading their operating systems as soon as possible.

As mentioned earlier, we wanted to let you know that the WorkDrive Truesync / Sync application soon will not be supported on Windows 7 / Mac versions 10.14, 10.15, and 11. We request you upgrade your OS to use the WorkDrive sync applications.
