Imported Accounts

Apologies if firstly this has already been raised (I can't see a similar thread after reading the forum) and secondly if I'm missing something obvious!

As an administrator of our Zoho CRM we have imported all our accounts (customer details) from our previous CRM system and I can view them when I log in, under accounts/all accounts. We have also added two Sales Account Managers as 'standard' users to Zoho. The problem I have is that when the Account Managers log in to Zoho they cannot see/view any customer/account details, they are just given the prompt to import account details themselves - but this has already been done for them.

Can you possibly assist? Hope the above is clear enough
