When I have to remove someone from our organization, I do not want to lose any of their information, including contacts imported and correspondence sent via GMail. However, I would like to be able to delete their GMail account when I remove them.

If I delete their GMail account while there is an existing integration with ZOHO, will I lose access from within ZOHO to all previous correspondence and imported contacts?

Also, is there a process to remove a user from ZOHO while retaining all their information in an easily accessible manner?
