i am using Zoho Premium, 

when importing new Leads; after selecting the file to be uploaded, what to do with duplicate files and then even mapping  the Zoho CRM field names with the appropriate column names of the source file importing, with everything being correctly chosen , 

after importing the mobile number of the lead doesn't appear and the email address information just shows "false" . 

e read that if the column chosen is empty that it might show a "0" or say "false" , but in this case the column in the sheet imported is not empty and the mapping is done correctly choosing the correct column for this,

please assist?
