Imported Zero value shows as blank in Zoho CRM
Hi guys,
I have a number field in an external application mapped to a currency field in Zoho CRM.
All values import correctly - for instance 9 shows up in Zoho as $9.00.
Except for 0. When 0 is sent, the Zoho currency field remains blank.
Is this the correct behavior in Zoho CRM?
If so, is there a workaround?
(I have confirmed that the integration is indeed sending the 0 value)
