Importing 25,000 Records with a 1,000 Batch Limit

Importing 25,000 Records with a 1,000 Batch Limit

I understand there is a 1,000 row limit for record import on the "free" pricing structure. I have approx 25k records and was curious if anyone could suggest an easy way to import them all? I would rather not manually cut up the csv 1,000 records/rows at a time, create 25 separate csv files as it could get messy and time consuming.
