Importing a cvs file located on a Google Drive folder

We daily export a file from our company software that we later upload on Zoho Reports. Because these two actions are not performed by the same person, we have create a folder in Google Drive, where the file should be upload daily replacing the one from the previous day (The file's name is always the same). We will like to set the import to Zoho Reports automatically at an specific time of the day but we are getting error.
