Importing Account data from CRM to Recruit

Importing Account data from CRM to Recruit

Is there a way of importing a single Account from CRM to Recruit?  I don't want to dump the whole of my CRM data into Recruit, but as potentials become clients I need to individually import them, it would be great to do this easily, rather than manually entering the data.  Is this possible?
