Importing Account Sales Numbers

I would like to import my sales numbers (from our accounting system) to my accounts every month

i have already created the fields in the accounts module - did that on original import and it contains historical data currently

how does one import specific data fields from a csv or xls file into zoho crm without duplicating existing data. i want it to import and overwrite certain fields only
