I am trying to import our data so we can go live with CRM. When importing accounts all fields import properly except for phone and zip code where for some reason zoho inserts an = sign and quotes around the field (does not exist in the CSV file I am using to import). See screenshot below.

Any idea why this is happening? We are in the US and I have tried importing using UTF-8 and western european..
