I am migrating from a Zoho CRM (free version) to another Zoho CRM (paid version) and so far everything went well, I exported my contacts, leads, and the old CRM potential, and imported them to the new CRM.
The problem occurs with the notes. The csv file generated in the export is created with flaws (as you can see in the image attached) so that the information is not correlated properly, the effect of import occurs with failures, some contacts are notes and not others.
I need a suggestion on how to fix the csv file or other form of export and import successfully notes.
