Hi, we've imported our customer accounts with their unique customer codes as Account Number and as Parent Account.
When I export the Accounts data from the system, the Parent Account and Parent Account ID fields are not empty.
I have my .zip file ready with 3 test-files ready to import into the system as attachments, and obviously to be assigned to the relevant accounts.
However, after I map the fields and proceed with the import, I always get the message that the 3 records were skipped and not imported with the error message
"Could not find a matching parent record for this look up field - Customer Code"
I've tried using the Parent Account (customer code) and Parent Account ID to map to Parent ID but I still get this message after many times of trying.
I've attached:
- the account information we have imported into the system
- the csv file which we use to map the 3-test files to the customer (I have tried using Parent Account ID and Parent Account many times but neither works)
- the attachment import mapping screen
Please let me know soonest possible. I've emailed through an enquiry to support but have not had an answer.
