Importing both accounts and contacts in free version

Hi- I'm starting out with Zoho and creating new records.To populate the new records, I want to import the following types of data into CRM. I am using the free version which does not allow me to skip or overwrite duplicate records. I don't see a way to import all the following data in a single import. Is there?
