Hello, as it seems that Microsoft Teams integration is not yet possible for CRM, (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/dialing-microsoft-teams-phone-service-via-zoho-crm), I would like to know if it's possible to import a Teams Voice CSV record (for example) into the Zoho CRM so that the CRM is updated with calls placed thru Teams Voice.

This is just an effort of having a temporary work-around solution until, hopefully, Zoho PhoneBridge can integrate with Teams.
