importing contacts.

I have tried all various formats from 5 different sources i have my contacts in, including your Zoho Virtual Office.
I consistently get the error about whether it is a proper .xls or csv file. I have both formats . This has been going on for 2 weeks..{Please help}--thanks in advance- jim coulter
