I have been importing contacts on a monthly basis with no trouble. I'm now noticing that account fields are no longer being populated during the importing process. I reached out to zoho and they seem pretty clueless. It appears I need to have an established account for each contact and then map the new contact with an account, or something....

Any help out there?
