importing contacts from CSV file

I am trying to import contacts from a CSV file.  Yes, the top row of the CSV is the field names. (if only the solution were that simple!) I select the file and import it.  The problem comes that when I go to map by clicking on a Zoho field name it does not allow me to select a single column. It lists CompanyFirstNameLastNameStreet etc.
Help Please!  I tried to chat but got an error message that my email or password is not valid.  I requested a new password. Got a message that email was not found. That is the email the you send the invoice to!
