importing contacts from social media platforms and phone contacts

Hello

I'm looking for way to import phone and social contacts like facebook friends or linkedin connections to zoho mail as contacts, after doing some research i find that zoho mail allows importing contacts from other mail platforms like outlook and google only and there is no direct way to import contacts from my phone or from social media platforms..for social media i was thinking of using a browser extension to export friends/connections to a CSV file that i would import into my zoho mail contacts but it seems that social media platforms are blocking such extensions or making them difficult to use (not to mention any security threats such extensions might represent)

does ZOHO mail (or any other ZOHO app) provide what i need? or is there a way to do what i need using some 3rd party apps or extensions?
