Hello,

 

When I import Contacts from Outlook to Zoho CRM, it automatically creates Accounts, which is nice.  But it does not carry over the address from the Contact to the Account.  I do understand that different Contacts may have different addresses, but I would expect there to be an option to handle this. 

 

Also, why are the default address fields for Leads, Accounts and Contacts all different?  Leads calls them Street, City, State, etc., Accounts has Shipping Street, Shipping City, etc. and Contacts has Mailing Street, Mailing City, etc.
