Ok so here is the setup

 

Lets say I have a form callen "customer" with fields called "name", "age" and "telephone number".

 

Now, I want to create a second form where I insert a lookup field from "customer" using the field "name"

 

Here is my problem, how can I make the second form automatically show the "age" based on the "customer" I choose?

 

What I am trying to do is create a database where on the repair ticket, I only have to choose the customer name and other selected fields will automatically show.
