Hello I am looking at seeing if it is a viable option to switch my crm from Insightly to Zoho but have hit a snag when attempting to import historical data from Insightly.

Currently my Insightly contains all my customers and their visits related as well as any emails I have sent to the customer this is all recorded against the customers profile. when i imported my data from Insightly to Zoho crm it didn't bring across any of the emails associated so i have no historical chain from events to refer to.

is there a way to do this please?
