Importing emails from Zoho into Gmail

Hello. I have been trying to migrate all my emails from Zoho to Gmail. After using Zoho for a while and liking it very much, I had to make the change to Gmail due to our company's growth and staff's preference to gmail.

Now, I am having a lot of trouble migrating emails to my new gmail account. I have been spending way too much time trying to figure this out on my own. Please help me.
